INDIVIDUALS

 

We partner with organizations to provide self-care plans for their staff.

 

We provide personalized care plans for individuals that prioritize their unique needs in order to focus on their own self-care and well-being. Each plan is designed for an individual’s unique interests, struggles and strengths in order to provide them with the tools necessary to create a new rhythm.

 

When you sign on to work with Coach Approach, you will meet with a coach who will help you come up with your personalized care plan. You will create a plan that encompasses all that you need in order to feel cared for and healthy.

 

This plan is financially supported through the individual, their organization and Coach Approach. Individuals who invest in their own plan and have some financial responsibility are more likely to complete their plan. The organization supports a portion of each individuals plan and Coach Approach covers the rest.

WE OFFER 3 LEVELS OF PLANS

 

CORE PLANS

When an individual first joins Coach Approach they will enter into a 3 month assessment period to create their Individualized Care Plan. During this time they will meet with various providers (coaches, counselors, trainers, etc.) to determine where they currently are in life and their level of health – emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically. At the end of 3 months they will have a clear action plan for their own self-care moving forward.

CONTINUATION PLANS

Upon completion of their 3 month care plan, individuals have the opportunity to opt in for a continuation plan with Coach Approach. Individuals and organizations have the chance to live out their plan alongside the coaches and resources of Coach Approach. Coach Approach staff will meet frequently with the individual to check in on their care plan while also partially financially subsidizing their plan.  

CRISIS PLANS

We know unplanned things happen whether that’s a trauma, unforseen life circumstance or life event and individuals may need crisis intervention. Coach Approach steps in and offers assistance to provide care to meet an individual where they are. We know there are times in life where a regular rhythm of a care plan may not be what’s needed, but more focused services towards the crisis.

WORKSHOPS

 

As nonprofit organizations it is important for the whole team to be on the same page about what self-care, health and wholeness look like. Individuals can be great at prioritizing their own self-care, but it also must be encouraged from an organizational level.

Coach Approach offers workshops that can be held for a nonprofit that covers the following topics:

  • How to Create a Culture of Self-Care

A culture of self-care promotes the well-being and care of their staff. This culture is not created by accident or without intention. The leadership team of an organization must prioritize their staff in order to cultivate a healthy culture. In this workshop, geared for leadership teams, the team will understand what a healthy culture of self-care looks like and how they can create that at their organization. They will receive tools, resources and coaching to implement that within their organization.

  • Why Self-Care Matters

It’s easy to forget about self-care when you’re engaging in the hard, important every day work of a nonprofit organization. But in order to create sustainable staff where burnout rates are low and staff retention are high, individuals must prioritize their own health and well-being. Many people working in helping professions don’t know where it starts when they’re told they need to care for themselves first. This workshop will teach attendees what self-care is, why it’s important and give valuable tools and resources.
