Objectives/Goals for Coaching Experience
I have read the ICF Standards of Ethical Conduct and agree to adhere to them completely during my work with The Coach Approach, Inc. The Coach Approach Inc.is a service provided for the purpose of assisting the client/coachee with respect to life skills, communication skills, business/professional objectives, management skills, interpersonal relationships, health and wellness,etc. as they apply to reaching goals and objectives, and/or a structure for identifying and achieving goals. The coaches employed by The Coach Approach are not functioning as an "employment agency", "business manager", financial consultant" or "psychotherapist" in the capacity of "coach" I understand that coaching is not the same as professional or licensed therapy. The coachee is free to reject any advice, suggestion (s) or request (s) made by my coach at any given time. I understand that I am fully responsible for my own decisions regardless of what advice may be offered.
